Once you begin a month of Power Coaching your tuition is not refundable.  If you no longer wish to participate in the program you need to notify the company in order to discontinue your monthly auto-pay arrangement.

I authorize PE to charge my credit card for the above requested amount the first of each month. 
Any calculation errors identified during processing may affect the amount charged to my credit card. 

You are not permitted to record any of the conference calls and any republication, distribution, or unauthorized use of this material and information is strictly prohibited.  I understand that as a participant in the program, I may be recorded.  I hereby authorize PE and any of their affiliate companies to use my personage, voice, and likeness in any future promotional materials to be produced by any such companies, without compensation therefore, and without territorial, time or use limitations.  I agree to hold PE, its affiliates, agents, or representatives harmless for any and all personal or property damages of any kind. Some aspects of this experience may be physically and/or emotionally demanding. If certain aspects of this program are too demanding or strenuous for me or my condition, I agree to and shall refrain from participation or overexertion.

Once you become a member of the Power Coaching Program you will receive an e-packet with membership benefits, requirements and program Protocol.

You must have a designated phone number in order to be granted access onto the Power Coaching Call each week. You may only have one phone number on file. Therefore, if your phone number changes for any reason you must contact Pure EdgeUtainment and notify us of your new designated phone number.

*THIS IS AN AUTO-PAY PROGRAM, WHICH MEANS ON THE FIRST DAY OF EACH MONTH YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED THE APPROPROPRIATE AMOUNT. *YOU MAY OPT OUT OF THE PROGRAM AT ANY TIME. YOU MUST NOTIFY THE COMPANY PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE NEXT MONTH IN ORDER TO NOT HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT CHARGED.
