Your Season Pass status and name badge is non-refundable, non-transferrable nor re-saleable. It is only valid for use by the actual Season Pass Holder. In addition, your Season Pass cannot be used in exchange for other events, merchandise and programs, not specifically outlined in your current Season Pass package. Your Season Pass cannot be combined with any other coupon, discount or offer. If you do not attend all the programs available to you in your Season Pass package during your allowable 24 months, your Season Pass will expire and there will be no credit issued for the trainings you did not attend. Once you’ve used all the trainings provided in your Season Pass package or your Season Pass has expired, you may purchase a Season Pass renewal for the same tuition as your original Season Pass tuition; this is subject to change. ***There are absolutely no refunds on the purchase of the Season Pass***
Your Pure EdgeUtainment™ (PE) Season Pass includes an unlimited number of Secrets of Success trainings within the first 12 consecutive months after your purchase. If you do NOT attend a minimum of (8) Secrets of Success trainings within your first 12 consecutive months, you then have an additional 12 consecutive months to attend no more than a total of (8) Secrets of Success trainings, including those attended in your first 12 consecutive month period. If you attend (8) or more Secrets of Success trainings within the first 12 consecutive months after your purchase, then the Secrets of Success portion of your Season Pass will be considered fulfilled. In addition, you have 24 consecutive months from the date of purchase of your Season Pass to register and attend, 1 Forging of Leaders, 1 Millionaire Mentality, 1 Big Show and 1 Stage Presence (If included in your original Season Pass purchase). PE will provide a minimum of 12 Secrets of Success trainings during your 24-month Season Pass time frame and a minimum of all the advanced programs twice within the same 24 consecutive month time period or PE will extend your Season Pass beyond 24 months to include the promised training programs within your Season Pass package.
In order to utilize your Season Pass you must be pre-registered by the Wednesday prior to the training you would like to attend. Simply go to www.pureedgeutainment.com and register for the training of your choice (select Season Pass Holder under admission type). Of course, there will be no tuition required and you will be officially registered for that training. Should you not meet the required Wednesday pre-registration deadline for the training program you would like to attend, your Season Pass will not be valid for that training and if you still want to attend that training you are required to pay the applicable tuition for that program. Should you pre-register for a training and not attend any part of that program, that training will still be available for use in your Season Pass package as long as that program is offered again within your Season Pass 24-month time frame. Should you attend any part of a training program within your Season Pass package, that partial attendance will count as attending the entire program and will be deducted from your Season Pass package.
VIP seating will only be awarded to the appropriate number of pre-registrations that are set forth for that specific training program. In order to ensure you receive a VIP seat, we suggest you pre-register early. Once VIP seating is full, you’ll be assigned a general admission seat regardless of your Season Pass status. You must sign in at the on-site registration area upon arrival at the seminar. You may be given an entrance pass which will be checked by our PE staff members at the entry doors to the seminar.
Your Season Pass name badge will be given to you at the first training you attend after you have paid for your Season Pass membership in full. You must bring and wear your personalized Season Pass name badge to every event you attend. Not bringing your personalized name badge will require us to issue you a temporary name badge for that event, and will require you to pay a $10 fee. Your name badge is your responsibility. Should it get lost or damaged and need replacing, you will be required to pay a $20 replacement fee.
PE reserves the right to change the date and venue, as long as it honors the program. PE determines the location of all the training programs and is not required to have trainings in any one specific city. PE has the full authority to make changes and adjustments to the terms, conditions, rules and protocols of the Season Pass program as deemed appropriate for the success of the program. These changes and adjustments can occur at any time and without prior approval from the Season Pass Holders. These changes will not affect the number or type of trainings you are entitled to as a Season Pass Holder. Season Pass Holders will be notified of all material changes and adjustments.

PE will process each monthly payment no later than 5 days after the dates agreed to on Page 1 of the Season Pass Registration Form. If a payment is unable to be processed, PE will contact you to receive an alternative form of payment. If a payment is not processed within 15 days of agreed upon payment date, your Season Pass membership will become inactive. If your membership becomes inactive, any special Season Pass discount received at the time of application will be void and regular pricing will apply (see Page 1 of the Season Pass Registration Form for regular pricing). In order to re-activate your Season Pass membership, the full amount to pay off your Season Pass must be paid in full or a new payment plan be approved by Pure EdgeUtainment, LLC.
If your Season Pass membership is inactive or you have any monthly payments past due, you will be unable to attend any PE trainings as a Season Pass holder. You can choose to pay the regular tuition and/or use any available credits to attend the training.
If your Season Pass becomes inactive, any monthly payments made toward the purchase of your Season Pass package will be treated as account credits. Any program or training that you attend as a Season Pass holder and/or any products or services that you receive as part of a Season Pass promotion will be deducted from your available credit at the regular price.
